Such an amazing night celebrating our players accomplishments this past season! We all stand on the shoulders of giants that have came before us and this year we wanted to start a new tradition that connects our football program to our past.

When you look in our record books a couple names that stand out are Phil Hayman & former Head Coach Tom Mihalovich. So going forward our team MVP will receive The Phil Hayman Most Valuable Player Award in honor of all the achievements that Lincoln Hall of Fame member Phil Hayman achieved while competing for the Rails.

A lot of the things we discuss in our program is based around P.R.I.D.E. (Passion, Resilience, Integrity, Discipline, Excellence). All of these values Coach Mihalovich instilled in his players that put on the Rails uniform, so going forward The Tom Mihalovich Rails P.R.I.D.E. Award will be given to the player that most embodies all of these qualities in our program!
