What are you excited about this next season here at Lincoln? "Just getting back into football learning more about our athletes and building relationships with them. I truly believe that our players can really benefit from my personal and past experiences. I look at this coaching opportunity as a real chance to teach, coach mentor and train these young men to be leaders in the classroom, community as well as on the field.

Favorite College & Pro football teams: Oregon Ducks & Arizona Cardinals

Favorite Motivational Quote: “A good objective of leadership is to help those who are doing poorly to do well and to help those who are doing well to do even better.” Jim Rohn.

Head Football Coach Duane Matthess: "I have personally known Coach White for more than 20 years and his life & coaching experience is invaluable to me as a head coach. He is a leader among men and without a doubt he makes our coaching staff better. I know that Coach White will never be out prepared and leaves no stone unturned in his preparation in all that he does. What I look forward to most with Coach White is watching him building relationships with the players in our program and his mentorship with them as they progress through our football program and beyond.
