Bio:  Coach Heaston joined the freshman staff in 2022, and he has been involved in various educational and athletic roles since joining LHS faculty in 2015.  A native of Des Moines, Heaston has embraced the Southside from his experiences with LHS students as a social studies teacher and as an athletic coach. He began coaching at LHS in the Boys Soccer Program as Goalkeeping coach, JV1 coach, and Varsity assistant from 2017-2021.  Heaston is also currently the 9th grade Girls Basketball coach.

What are you excited about this next season here at Lincoln? “I'm excited to mentor the freshman players during the school day as they transition into high school and to teach and motivate them on the gridiron.”
